Returns & Refunds Policy
At Ram Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our returns and refund policy below explains how we can help.
1. Compliance with Australian Consumer Law
Our policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Certain items (e.g., clearance stock, special orders, or custom products) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
3. Faulty or Damaged Products
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
4. Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns for change of mind if:
- The product is returned in original, unused condition.

Refunds will be issued once the item has been inspected and approved.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, Afterpay, etc.).
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or variant), please return the original item first. Once received and approved, we will dispatch the replacement product.
7. How to Lodge a Return
To start a return, please email us at sales@ramshop.com.au with the following details:
- Order number
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (faulty, incorrect item, change of mind, etc.)
